By using the MeetMetrics application (“Service”) provided by Engaging Webinars (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MeetMetrics is a Zoom Meeting SDK integration that acts as an automated assistant to monitor attendance, track engagement, and facilitate meeting moderation. It joins meetings as a participant (bot) and provides real-time data to the host.
3. Proper Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to record or monitor meetings without the consent of participants, where required by law.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the application or bypass its security features.
- Use the Service to harass, spam, or disrupt other Zoom users.
4. Zoom Policies
Your use of the Service is also subject to the Zoom Terms of Service and Community Standards. Any violation of Zoom’s policies may result in the termination of your access to MeetMetrics.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
Engaging Webinars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including ensuring compliance with local recording laws.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
